- Within Nairobi: 1–3 business days

- Within Kenya: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We may occasionally offer complimentary shipping on selected orders or promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, Arden Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Custom processing 
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Arden Luxe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
